What is your return policy?

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We do our best to make our customers happy. We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If you’re not satisfied with the product received, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.

Do you take everything back?

We try our best to make sure the product you receive is as good or better than you expected it to be. In case they aren’t, we won’t have any qualms in taking them back. However, you need to keep certain things in mind –

  • Custom orders, sale products, gift cards, personalized orders, shipping, delivery, gift wrap, and assembly charges – items are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.
  • Finished products are to be returned with the original packing intact. No tampering of any sort shall be considered.
  • Your order receipt is supposed to be included with the return package.
  • Please allow three weeks for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. If you provide an email address, we will send an email when your return has been received and processed.
  • Unfortunately, items purchased for international shipping may not be exchanged.

Is there a time limit? What if the item is used?

We do our best to take care of our customers and deal with them fairly; we expect that our customers treat us fairly as well. If you’re not satisfied with the product received, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.

Are there cancellation fees?

Please note that there won’t be a cancellation fee if your order is not shipped. However, if the order is shipped, a mere 10% of your order and the usual shipping charges will be charged.

How long will it take to process my return?

It usually takes 20-25 working days for you to receive a refund.
