Estimated shipping times

guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that
may apply. We're not responsible for any additional customs duties and delays
due to customs.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped with DHL, FedEx, Atlantic, ShipGlobal, ShipRocket
for most countries. Please note tracking and delivery confirmation is NOT
guaranteed with first class international mail. A few countries must ship
express mail as it is the only safe way to get your package to you with
tracking. All international orders over 150 USD must upgrade to Express or
Priority mail or FedEx during checkout. Our website does not do this
automatically. We may contact you for any additional shipping charges. It is
the safest way to get your package to you with tracking. We will also need your
phone number to include in the package. You can take the advantage of our
shipping upgrade to get your order faster features before order dispatch. You
have to contact us for a shipping upgrade.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email
notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your
order online, if you have selected the tracking shipping option.
Delivery Surcharges
Items that are bulky, heavy, or of limited availability may
have a delivery surcharge in addition to standard delivery and processing
charges. We may contact you for a surcharge.

What happens if the item I ordered is backordered?
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of
product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are
received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
When you checkout, you will be given the option to share the
comment or note where you can share your requirements.
Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same
package?
Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple
packages to ensure that your product or products arrive safely and securely.
Can I delay the shipment of my order?
